Onsite Acoustic Analysis

UNDERSTANDING SOUND CHALLENGES UNIQUE TO YOUR OPERATIONS.
Minetek has broad capability to measure a range of industrial noise challenges or an onsite acoustic analysis in the most complex industrial settings enabling operators to understand and mitigate sound control issues.
Our expertise allows us to test a broad array of machines and operating conditions with dedicated testing solutions delivering sound visualisation, mobile fleet screen testing, sound intensity and sound power testing as well as operator noise exposure testing.
Minetek's testing capabilities, coupled with our highly evolved sound suppression technologies, enable mining and industrial leaders to achieve safety improvements along with compliance across a range of environmental and regulatory requirements.
Our solutions have enabled noise reductions of up to 50% across a range of machinery, allowing operators to meet community noise expectations and extend mining operations around the clock.

MINETEK's installations have been very successful and prompted the contracting of MINETEK to conduct a full mobile fleet and fixed plant noise monitoring assessment at the Acland mine site.

Our evaporators are still performing flawlessly and working absolutely great. They have been running 24/7 without a single hiccup. Thanks again!”

We are always looking at new innovations and technologies that will benefit both us and our clients. Minetek has been able to display that with the use of their modern ventilation technology, where we can look to see production increases through faster re-entry times and reduced capital costs in the total life of the development, delivering value to both us and Mincor.

It was completed with no incidents or injuries, with no delays, and ahead of schedule. The plan was for 10 shifts, and it was completed in 7 shifts.

I have used these evaporators very successfully at mine sites where I have worked in the past. They are an extremely reliable unit and worked above expectations in the environment where we had them set up. As for spray drift/mist this can be controlled by the weather monitoring systems that are available with the units. Additionally, how you set them up and the amount of fall you can achieve allows for more moisture to be stripped from the droplets]will greatly benefit your overall evaporation rates.
