Marketing Coordinator

About the Role:

Our marketing team is expanding! Reporting to our Marketing Specialist, while working closely with our Paid Media Specialist and Brand and Content Specialist, this support role has been created to assist our team with the development and delivery of communications, branding initiatives and marketing campaigns.

This role would be perfect for a doer with great all-around skills. The ideal candidate can follow a campaign brief, and quickly develop assets (visuals, written content etc.) while having a solid understanding of digital and social campaigns, and strengths in administration, organisation, and reporting.

Our in-house marketing team also support FANQUIP, MINETEK’s sister company. There are two Marketing Coordinator roles being offered, one to support MINETEK initiatives and the other to support FANQUIP initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Understanding campaign strategy to deliver content that is in line with our branding, stakeholder expectations and goals.
  • Assisting in the development, execution, and tracking of multichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Assisting in the development and delivery of written, visual, and multimedia content for both digital & print.
  • Assisting in the development of key assets including brochureware, customer success stories and technical whitepapers for both digital & print.
  • Mapping customer journeys, automations, and behaviour-based workflows.
  • Understanding data-driven decisions and using this information to drive customer engagement.
  • Collaborating with internal team members and stakeholders to ensure effective campaign assets are developed and deployed.
  • Establishing, nurturing, and maintaining working relationships with key stakeholders.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business (or working towards), coupled with demonstrated work experience in a similar role
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills with an ability to translate complex messaging into engaging, action-oriented content for range of internal and external audiences
  • Design skills and an understanding of visual & brand strategy an advantage
  • Demonstrated understanding of best practices required to plan, execute, monitor and optimise inbound and outbound activation.
  • Sound understanding of digital platforms, best practices and their integrations across channels including web, email, search, display and social
  • Superior time management skills and the ability to prioritise multiple projects simultaneously
  • An ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation to understand objectives and develop timely solutions.
  • An agile mind with the ability to seek out new and innovative ways to extend reach and position the business in new and existing markets.
  • Highly resourceful, driven and can use initiative to go beyond instruction and deliver integrated initiatives which provide a scaling effect for the business.
  • Outwardly positive, confident, reliable, customer-oriented and highly organised
