Minetek Water provided a tailored tailings dam evaporation solution for a gold mining operation in Sonora, Mexico. The project involved the deployment of a two 600/300 Evaporation System Package, specifically designed to manage water levels within the tailings dam efficiently. Achieving a total volume throughput of 270 cubic meters per hour (1,200 gallons per minute), the system effectively reduced water accumulation, enhancing operational safety and efficiency.
