Élimination des eaux de process

Streamline liquid waste management with Minetek's Evaporation Solutions. Our evaporation technology has been successfully utilised for the liquid waste disposal of process water, saving companies millions in comparison to water treatment costs.

Cost-effective solution to process water disposal

Process water disposal is a critical challenge in mining, where water used in washing ore and mine sites often becomes highly contaminated with heavy metals and metalloids. Ensuring regulatory compliance requires effective storage, transfer, treatment, or removal of this wastewater. Minetek’s advanced water evaporation solutions can process water with high levels of Total Dissolvable Solids (TDS) and Total Suspended Solids (TSS), as well as extreme pH levels ranging from 1.8 to 14. Our versatile and cost-effective systems handle mine site water management and process water efficiently, eliminating the need for expensive pre-treatment.

Économies de coûts

Significantly reduce operational costs by minimising the need for off-site disposal and water treatment costs.

Solution mobile et évolutive

Process water management solution

Minetek’s evaporation technology is a cost-effective standalone or hybrid dewatering solution. Our units pump large volumes of water at high pressure through specially configured nozzles atomising the water into tiny droplets. During this process, a percentage of the water will evaporate, and a percentage will fall back into the water source along with any solids, salts, heavy metals or contaminants.
