Technologie d'évaporation de l'eau

Minetek’s evaporation technology is a cost-effective standalone or hybrid solution for managing wastewater generated from pulp and paper mills. Our water evaporator units pump water at high pressure through specially configured nozzles, atomising the water into tiny droplets. During this process, a percentage of the water will evaporate, and a percentage will fall back into the water source or storage dam along with any solids, salts, or contaminants.

Minetek provided a dewatering solution for this waste management and disposal centre, which had a large leachate dam that needed to be filled in for complete site rehabilitation. Over 60 million litres needed to be removed as soon as possible, with an allowance period of 12–18 months for the project. Minetek supplied a 200/100 Land Based Water Evaporator system and with an evaporation efficiency of 52%, our unit removed 280,800 litres of water from the site per 12-hour-day, achieving the client’s dewatering goal in just 9 months.
