Minetek’s client required a complete system designed to manage water levels at their gold mine in Elko, Nevada.

This leader US gold producer required this solution to be developed within a tight timeframe, moving from design approval to installation within 8 weeks.
Solução
Minetek delivered a complete solution including 2 x mechanical water evaporators in stainless steel with 90kW (120 HP), mine spec electric motors (480v, 50Hz). The skid mounted design enables the site to quickly deploy the evaporators at various locations on their site and manage tailings dam levels in all weather conditions.
Minetek also delivered a total electrical solution including a skid mounted motor start board, Allen Bradley PLC & HMI hardware and instrumentation, all built to exacting mine specificiation requirements.
The solution included Minetek’s patented Environmental Management System (EMS), overall system, design, engineering, freight and onsite commissioning by our expert team.
