In the Eastern Region of Ghana, a gold mining operation faced challenges with managing excess water in their tailings dam. To address this, Minetek Water provided a tailored solution with the installation of a 400/200 Evaporation System Package. This advanced system, capable of handling a volume throughput of 90 m³ per hour (400 GPM), enabled the site to efficiently manage water levels and maintain regulatory compliance. The deployment of this system not only optimised water management but also ensured more sustainable and cost-effective operations for the mining company.
