Minetek Water partnered with a cobalt mining operation in Missouri, USA, to deliver a high-performance water management solution for its tailings storage facility (TSF). The project centred on the deployment of a stainless-steel, land-based 400/200 Water Evaporation System Package, engineered to handle sustained underground inflows exceeding 300 gallons per minute. Designed for variable climate conditions, the solution included an MCC control board, remote monitoring integration, and Minetek proprietary Environmental Management System (EMS) for automated compliance.

With a sustained flow rate of 180 gallons per minute, the system provided reliable control of TSF water volumes, helping the site maintain safe operations and regulatory compliance.
