Dewatering and power solution for Gold Mine in Australia

Minetek Water and Power partnered with a gold mining operation in Queensland, Australia, to deliver a comprehensive water management and power control solution tailored to the site’s unique needs. The project incorporated four 600/300 Mechanical Evaporators, complemented by a skid-mounted Motor Control Centre (MCC) for efficient electrical management and an advanced automation control system integrated with a weather station. This innovative setup enabled the operation to achieve a high-volume throughput of 540 cubic meters per hour (2,400 gallons per minute), significantly optimising water management within the site.
