Italian Ventilation solution to support expanding underground operations
Our client’s gold mine in Bandya, Western Australia, sought a comprehensive ventilation solution to support their expanding operations. To address this need, Minetek provided a turnkey installation featuring two High Output (HO) Series 1320mm, 250kW Booster Fans. These fans were strategically mounted in bulkheads to service both the North and South sides of the mine. The innovative design also allowed for the future addition of parallel fans, ensuring scalability to meet increasing flow and pressure requirements as the mine develops. This solution met the immediate ventilation needs and provided a flexible and cost-effective approach for future growth.
