Chemical wastewater treatment plant

Minetek provides an efficient and cost-effective solution to managing chemical wastewater treatment plant operations, enabling operators to reduce treatment costs, maintain regulatory compliance, and protect the environment through advanced evaporation technology.

Managing chemical plant wastewater

Managing chemical plant wastewater is a complex but crucial task to ensure environmental protection and regulatory compliance. Chemical plants generate wastewater containing various contaminants, including hazardous chemicals, heavy metals, and organic pollutants. Effective management involves treating this wastewater to remove harmful substances before discharge or reuse.

Minetek offers advanced evaporation technology that provides an efficient and cost-effective solution for chemical plant wastewater management. By significantly reducing the volume of wastewater and concentrating contaminants, our systems enable operators to minimise treatment costs, reduce environmental impact, and maintain compliance with stringent regulatory standards.

Cost savings

Significantly reduce operational costs by minimising the need for off-site disposal and wastewater treatment plant chemicals costs.

Environmental responsibility

Minimise your environmental impact by eliminating the need for traditional liquid waste disposal methods and reducing the risk of excess water storage.

Mobile & scalable solution

Our systems can adapt to the evolving needs of your oil & gas operations, ensuring they remain effective as you grow.

Regulatory compliance

Minetek helps you navigate and exceed stringent environmental regulations, ensuring your activities remain compliant.

Water evaporation technology

Minetek’s evaporation technology is a cost-effective standalone or hybrid solution for managing industrial water by-products or chemical wastewater. Our water evaporator units pump water at high pressure through specially configured nozzles, atomising the water into tiny droplets. During this process, a percentage of the water will evaporate, and a percentage will fall back into the water source or storage dam along with any solids, salts, heavy metals, or contaminants, including wastewater treatment plant chemicals.
